Showed up on time and checked everything out thoroughly. He was also very friendly and personable. I've had other service techs in the past (not the Airmasters folks) who had a surly, almost antagonistic attitude. Not the case with the Airmasters people I have dealt with over the past few years. Noah was very helpful and answered all my questions. I subsequently had to call a plumber, but Noah showed me where he thought the problem in the pipe was located. That saved some time when the plumber arrived.

I requested a service call this morning and was amazed to have a service tech on site within 2 hours. Noah R. diagnosed a clogged drain under the AC coils. He rebuilt the PVC pipe system and restored the flow of water. Excellent repair service as always! Just another reason I've used Airmasters for almost 20 years.
